Persons in project
On the Person in Project tab, organizations can add their own persons to the project and assign them roles. The screen displays a table with the persons involved in the project.
Permissions
The screen is visible for the users with View
permission
on Project Configuration -> Persons in Project
functionality. Users with Create/Edit
and
Delete
permissions will be able to modify or delete
persons in project, but that will depend on the organization as follows:

The project owner organization will have visibility of all persons in the project. However, they will only be able to edit, delete, and add their own organization's persons.

Subcontractors and clients will see persons belonging to their own organization and those from organizations previous in the reporting flow. They will only be able to add/edit their own organization's persons.
Creating/editing and deleting person in project

Click on the New button to open Create person in project dialog.

Click on the Edit button
to open Edit person in project dialog.

Click on the Delete button
to delete the person from project. When deleting a person for which activities were registered, the activities with the person name will remain in the system, but the person will not be available to create new activities.

The list of Persons available for selection when adding them to a
project is derived from the list of persons assigned to your
organization in System Management -> Persons. When some persons are
missing on the list you can also add them using button Manage persons
.
The list of Roles available for selection when adding them to a
project is derived from the list of persons roles from tab Person role
in project. When some persons roles in project are missing on the list
you can also add them using button Manage person roles in project
.
