How to create project

Projects can be created by any organization registered in SUM-IT.

Permissions

Users with permission Create/Edit on Projects functionality can create or edit existing projects in their organization.

Creating projects

In order to create project, go to the Projects screen and click on the New button to open the Add project screen where you can provide all project details and define its structure.

Steps to create the project:

  1. Provide project details.

  2. Create organization roles.

  3. Add organizations to the project and assign them roles.

  4. Add unit types.

  5. Define tasks and construction stages required to complete the project.

  6. Add units.

  7. Redistribute units across the organizations on the Unit Groups screen.

  8. Select your billing prefferences.
